We were there in late September, and the room stayed warm without us needing to switch on the heat, even though it can get chilly outside then. The bed and pillows were soft, and the bathroom had enough room to move around comfortably. There was also a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, and a fireplace, though we had no reason to use the fire that time of year. Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, with lots of different things to choose from and everything we tried tasting great. The place itself is cozy, the scenery is lovely, and room A3 has a balcony view you can catch at dawn. The other photo shows where breakfast is served. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owners are the best part, so warm and friendly. Breakfast was a treat too, really tasty with loads of choice. The rooms are roomy, spotless, and cozy, with a fantastic balcony view and plenty of parking. Highly recommend it.

We came to get away from Athens' heatwave and really liked both the area and the accommodation. The views are stunning, and the owners were friendly and very helpful. A wonderful place to stay, 5*.

What I loved most was being able to sit out on the balcony at midday in a cool breeze with a glass of cold white wine. The little mountain village of Trikala is easy to walk to, past rosemary, lavender, and sage. We even picked figs from the trees, had grapes from the vineyards, and played with cats. The beach is only a 20-minute drive downhill. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, each with its own terrace or patio, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful place in the mountains, with no crowds, dust, air pollution, or heat like you get along the seashore. Truly recommend it.
