Being by the sea is a real plus. We had a room for four, though, and only the double bed was comfortable. The other two of us had to use built-in benches, and you could barely fit without staying completely still all night or risking a fall. The mattresses felt like sleeping straight on cement, and the bathroom was tiny. One thing to be careful about: get the agreed price in writing or book through a platform like Booking. We were quoted one price, then asked to pay more. When we requested a receipt, it showed the original quoted amount, not what we had actually paid. That left us saying we wouldn't stay there again.

Mr. Christos and Mrs. Vicky, the owners, welcomed us so warmly and helped with anything we needed. The service was impeccable, and the setting was calm and quiet. The best thing here is the sea view, with the water right in front of you. It's peaceful and relaxing, so I'd say it's suited to couples. The neighborhood is quiet, and the owners are quite kind. But the rooms and facilities are old, and our bathroom was extremely small. With the door open or half open, there wasn't enough room to sit at the sink. There's no ramp or elevator, which comes with an older property. The mosquitoes were the worst part. There are no window screens, and even our special repellent didn't keep them away. Our children got more than 30 bites, so we left after a day.

The location is the biggest advantage: the accommodation sits right by the water. The beach is small and pebbly, and the sea gets deep by the third step. Like the rest of Corinth's coast, the area gets hit by the North wind. The outside is well kept, with new, spotless sun loungers, a green garden, and a coded entrance for coming back at night. A free public lot with 6-8 spaces is two buildings to the right. During our three-day stay in the second half of August, we found an open spot whenever we checked. There was a counter with shared coffee supplies for the rooms, and Mr. Christos offered them whenever he had the chance. Our room was bright, with a fairly large fridge that could serve three people for a ten-day stay. Loading and unloading from the car was easy, less than two meters away and just one step up. The owners sincerely try to make guests happy, but the room needs more attention. The air conditioner blows right onto the bed. Some blinds are missing from the vent, so swing mode doesn't work. You either sleep sweating or with cold air blowing on you. The sockets and switches are awkwardly placed, and without a second bedside table by the double bed, there's no way to have a lamp for light at night. The furniture seems almost randomly chosen, and the bathroom feels like it hasn't been updated since before the 80s, with no mixer taps at the sink or shower. At night, every noisy motorbike passing within 4-5 meters of your ear woke you up. The old national road from Corinth to Patras is behind the property.
