The location is excellent, which makes the way the owner treats people especially disappointing. He comes across as very rude and gets irritated easily. The business would be better off with a manager or family members running it.

We had a really good stay and thought the price per night was great value. The owners were so friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The room was simple but clean, with a fridge, air conditioning, and a balcony. The location worked perfectly for us, and there was parking too. Thank you 😊 🙏

Right on the town square, the hotel is perfectly placed in central Zacharo. It’s basic, but clean, and the rates are fair for what you get. The owners were also very friendly when we started a conversation with them.

The man had a serious argument with us over parking in the hotel lot, even though we were staying there. His attitude was the worst part, and we checked out the next day. The hotel itself feels like it’s from the 1950s.

The girl was kind, and that’s the only reason I’d give it two stars. The bathroom was cramped, the beds creaked, and the TV looked very old. The air conditioner was noisy too, among other issues.
