The room itself wasn't bad, but the service let us down during our six days at Apartment – Bella Vista in August. We were left without toilet paper several times, almost every day, which isn't acceptable for accommodation. Soundproofing was poor, and the room smelled unpleasant. My main issue was with the host, Denise. I left a shirt behind and contacted her in mid-August to ask if she could mail it back at my expense. She agreed, took my address, and said she'd send it. I followed up multiple times over the next months, but she never did. She ignored most of my messages and eventually answered rudely. The stay could have been fine, but the lack of basic service and the host's unprofessional behavior made it disappointing. I wouldn't return.

We'd definitely stay here again. The location worked well for our Zakynthos trip, with public transportation nearby and the city center within walking distance. Inside, the apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained, and had a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and quick to respond, so check-in and check-out were easy.

A cosy, clean apartment with everything you need. The area around it looked a bit doggy, the streets were dirty, and parking was hard to find.

The host won't help resolve any problems, and there is no cleaning service. The bathroom smelled, and the soundproofing was so poor I could hear the neighbour clearly. The kettle and utensils were extremely dirty. The booking website mentioned bottled water, but there wasn't any. Don't be fooled by the photos. I wouldn't visit again.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the shops were well served nearby. It's a good place to stay for a pleasant holiday, really close to the town center.
