Diana Hotel

The room was a little old, and there was an extra €5 charge at checkout. They told me it was tax, but as I understand it, the tax is €7 and was already included when I booked through booking.com. Other hotels I stayed at in Zakinthos didn’t charge me anything extra, though I also booked those with booking.com. I checked out before the checkout time and didn’t even have breakfast there, so I don’t know what the extra fee was for. It wasn’t a big amount, but guests should know they may have to pay extra. If I’d known, I think I would have considered another hotel.

The beds were a dream, and there was plenty of space for all of us, even with the kids. Our room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. The food was another big highlight: every day brought lots of choices, and everything we tried was delicious, from breakfast through lunch and dinner. We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed with our kids and friends and were really impressed by how welcoming everyone at the hotel was. The staff made things feel personal, and the price was great value for the quality. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, with a good range of choices. Our recently renovated rooms had a simple, comfortable look with a stylish local feel. Nothing over the top, just nicely done.

We’ve visited lots of Greek islands, and Zakynthos is one of our favorites. The people at Diana Hotel are even better than the hotel itself, and they were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning, with lots of choice and fresh-tasting food. We felt right at home.
