Orfos Villas

We had a wonderful week at Villa Aria and would love to come back. It's a gorgeous, comfortable and very clean house, relaxing both inside and out, with tasteful decor and fabulous views across the Ionian Sea. The location is excellent, with good restaurants and beautiful beaches in northern Zakynthos just a short drive away. Dimitris and the whole Orfos team were friendly and extremely helpful before and during our stay. Thank you!

We felt at home straight away in Yria, the leftmost of the four Orfos Villas, with what we thought was the loveliest view. The whole family runs the place, and you can feel their care in everything. Dimitris greeted us warmly and speaks a little Dutch. They welcomed us with delicious wine, locally made olive oil and honey. The villa has two luxurious bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and good air conditioning on both floors. The upstairs master bedroom is a lovely place to wake up to the sunrise. It was cleaned daily, and the pool was looked after each morning. There are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The area still feels authentic and hasn't been overrun by tourists.

We spent six nights here and loved the pool area, it's beautiful and just right. The views across the town are wonderful, too. Everyone at Orfos Villas was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. There are plenty of nearby restaurants with great menus. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a lovely stay!

Yria has a fantastic harbour view from every angle, whether you're by the pool or up on the balcony. Sunrise here is a must. The villa had everything we needed for cooking and laundry, including plates, cutlery, glasses, an oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cutting boards. The rooms were superb, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom, plus a service bathroom by the kitchen. Outside, everything was well equipped and maintained: five sun loungers, a swing and a BBQ with all we needed for making memories. The service was top notch. They cleaned the house every day, made the beds and replaced towels and toiletries when needed. The pool area was cleaned and taken care of twice a day. Sofia and Spyros were friendly and accommodating. They even arranged a delicious surprise birthday cake for my friend, and left us their own olive oil and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. I'm an avid traveller and rarely give five stars, but this place earned them. We were impressed, and the service and experience felt worth the money. If you're looking for hospitality and an amazing sunrise, I'd recommend it. For boat hire, Zante Boat Rentals is across the street on the main road, run by two great brothers. There's also the art cafe farther up the road for a drink.
