When we arrived, the owner pointed out places worth visiting and spots with fewer tourists. They were very helpful, and even drove us to the airport when we left. Thanks for a great stay. I really recommend this as an interesting place to stay.
A very good host, and the villa is clean and has lots of character!
The house was comfortable and centrally located, with everything we needed close at hand. What really made the difference was how generous and kind Jurgita and Panos were. Their great advice helped us discover the island in the best way, and we ended up eating at some fantastic restaurants. Thank you so much, we highly recommend it!
Panos and Jurgita were so friendly and helpful, and we had a great time. You're right among the locals in Zakynthos, with a supermarket just 100 meters away. The local restaurants were delicious and cheap too. Highly recommended.
The villa is over 100 sq. m. with beds for six adults, so the price compares well with hotels. We’re three people and had more than enough room. It’s also close to the center: walk straight to the main street, or turn right for the sea. The thick stone walls keep the place cool at midday, and two good air conditioners add to the comfort. The rooms feel calming, and the building itself has a lovely history. It’s been restored beautifully, with a family story behind it. There’s even a faded photo of the owner’s grandmother in the kitchen that feels like it could tell a lot. We’re here now and have loved the atmosphere. The nearby church bells woke me at 8 in the morning, though perhaps you’ve heard that their vibrations are supposed to have healing powers. Five stars, and we’d recommend it, especially to anyone interested in history.
