The staff were really friendly. The hotel itself could use renovation, and breakfast needs some improvement.

The manager was super rude and tried to charge extra. I also saw him yelling at another guest, who seemed to be a groom, and not letting him take wedding photos. Then he went to grab another lady's hand. It was shocking to see. Horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

Dinner at the restaurant was nice, and the portions were very generous. The breakfast buffet was OK. My room was rather small and was missing a shower curtain, though it was generally clean. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, especially at reception, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

The bathroom door in room 210 got stuck while I was inside, so be careful before closing it. You have to speak with reception to get the air conditioning working, and breakfast could use more variety. Still, it's a clean place to stay, and I'd visit again!

It's good value for the price, with a nice little balcony. The room is right in the city center, which makes this a great hotel for a one-night stop on the way to Ziros lake or the Roman aquaduct.
