The converted shipping-container room was adequate, with a very nice deck and strong wifi. But the bathroom was tiny, the shower had no hot water, and the bed was extremely firm. I didn’t stay in the main rooms by the restaurant, though my colleagues did and said they were great. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great restaurant and an awesome thermal spa.

The natural hot spring made the whole visit super relaxing, especially with the local eucalyptus leaves. The different spas were great too. It’s a lovely place to drop by for a couple of hours and pamper yourself.

Oliver was so helpful and kind, bringing our bags to the room and explaining how everything worked. We loved the stay, especially having our own pool and jacuzzi as hotel guests, separate from Santa Teresita. The prices are great for what you get. Hope to come back!

The pools are amazing, and the food is really good. Everything felt super clean, friendly, and peaceful, with beautiful views. Oliver was really kind and helpful with our luggage and explaining things, and the rest of the staff were great too. Bring your spf, I burned a bit haha. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had lunch and said we’d be splitting everything. They were very accommodating and brought it all out on separate plates. The doors slide open, so you’re really dining alfresco. The hotel feels modern, sophisticated, and cool. The food was absolutely delicious, a step above most Guatemalan restaurants for sure. I can’t wait to return.
