Be careful booking here. The hotel is closed, so check that it has reopened before making plans. We booked for Valentine's Day weekend through Booking.com three months ahead, and the reservation was confirmed. The week before our trip, the hotel website stopped working, and we saw Google reviews saying it was closed. Booking.com confirmed the closure when we contacted them. We had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute.

Booking.com confirmed our reservation two days before we were due to arrive, so I expected the hotel to be open. The property took $182.96 from me in September for this booking, and I'm disputing the charge with my bank. With my back in really bad shape from traveling, we had to search for another place to stay. This is completely unacceptable from both the property and Booking.com, which was a nightmare to contact. They hung up on me fewer than six times.

We and another couple arrived on New Year's Eve to find the hotel closed for renovations. We'd booked days in advance and hadn't received any notice or cancellation. At 4 p.m. on December 31, we had to scramble to find somewhere for the night.

We booked six months ahead, but five days before our stay the hotel emailed to say it would be closed during our reservation. They told us we had to cancel, even though our booking was nonrefundable. Be careful booking here. They aren't reliable.
