Olga made our stay feel like a home away from home, and I hardly ever leave Google reviews, so that says a lot. She was a wonderful host, made a lovely home-cooked Guatemalan breakfast, and kindly arranged an early one when we needed it. She also helped organize shuttles to Chichi market and Lake Atitlan for a good price. The house is a beautiful old colonial building. It’s on a busy road, but the walls around the property and the building itself seem to block the noise. The location worked perfectly: at the edge of town, away from the touristy area but only a minute or two from the cafes and restaurants. I never felt far from anything, and Antigua is small and easy to walk around. If I come back, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The garden was full of birds in the morning. It was a privilege to stay in this quaint, gorgeous house with its historic colonial architecture.
