We used this hostel several times as a base while traveling through Guatemala. It’s in a great area near restaurants, bars, and the main square. Breakfast was great, with delicious coffee you could drink as much as you liked. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful with shuttle and tour bookings, including the Acatenango hike, at good rates with great companies. Excellent hostel, would highly recommend.

The hot showers really are hot, with good pressure, and the rooms are cozy. There was great food, drinks, and music all day. The staff and other guests gave the place such a good vibe during our trip, and the facilities were some of the best we've come across. It was hard to leave Antigua after staying here. I hope you stay here!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and for what you get, I think it's good value. Some menu items were never available, though, and the coffee machine didn't seem to work while we were there. The rooms aren't very well insulated, and there's a club next door with music that goes on until after 1 in the morning. We enjoyed our stay, but it could have been a bit better.

The beds are comfy, with curtains for extra privacy, and the rooms were quiet and super clean. Staff were all so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, locally sourced, and sustainable. Make sure to try the motulenos before you leave. One of the best hostels I've stayed at, definitely a 5/5.

The location is perfect, the place has a nice atmosphere, and breakfast is included. But using a locker for a few hours after checkout costs 25 Q, and a shower is another 25. They know plenty of people need those facilities after climbing the volcano, and each charge is as much as a night at most hostels. Breakfast was missing something from our order both times, cheese or fruit or something else. Staff weren't very helpful either. They advertise the place as 100% locally run, but the receptionist was German, had just arrived in Guatemala, and didn't know anything about town. When I came back to Antigua, I stayed in another hostel that was a lot more laid-back and friendlier.
