It’s worth visiting the Hermitage of Santa Lucía, a beautiful building on the edge of the colonial city that doesn’t get many visitors. The atrium is simple and peaceful, a nice spot to read or have a pleasant conversation. In the mornings and afternoons, you can see locals going about their daily routines or relaxing. Mass is on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. Construction began when the cornerstone was laid in 1958, and the building was completed in 1963. Bishop Juan Antonio Rodas blessed it.
