The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good. The location is convenient, close to the bus terminal and center. They guard your luggage while you climb the Acatenango volcano, and can arrange your transportation and airport shuttle.

Friendly service and a quiet location, with simple rooms and a shared shower and toilet. The blankets smelled like they had never been cleaned, but it was okay for one night.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The shower could have been cleaner, too.
