The location was good, but everything else fell below average. Don’t be fooled by the good Google reviews, which are all from 3-7 years ago. Maybe it has different owners now? Check-in was disorganized and took a long time. The bathrooms smelled of piss, the showers didn’t seem to work properly or give a full flow of water, and water pooled outside the shower area. The dorm room didn’t lock, and there were no lockers for valuables. Mr Taco restaurant operates in the courtyard, with dorm rooms around it, which made for a pretty odd vibe. If this is your last resort, a bed is a bed. Otherwise, definitely avoid it.

The kitchen sucks, the water kept stopping, and the top bunks were dirty. Good luck with this place. I strongly suggest staying away.

The room was awful: cockroaches ran across the floor, mosquitoes were everywhere, and it smelled like vomit. We left just 20 minutes after checking in at 3:30. To get inside, we had to squeeze past a couple dozen people. The receptionist said they were call center workers there every day from 6 a.m. He refused our refund request, so we left. Don't stay here. Also, there are no reviews on Hostel World, which tells you what you need to know.

The call center is the worst part. Around 20-30 people who aren't guests show up daily at 6:30 a.m. and take all the seats and tables, with no regard for paying guests. It's noisy all day, and good luck finding anyone at reception. There's no bar, restaurant, atmosphere, ATM, pool, or view. No hot water for showers or even handwashing, no towels to dry off with, and lots of mosquitoes and bed bugs. Such a dump, avoid it at all costs.
