There’s a bad smell in the air, and the restaurant service is terrible. You order from the menu only to find they’re out of the item or simply don’t have what you want. They say the restaurant is included, but then charge you, saying that if you spend over 100, you pay the difference. They also say changing rooms with lockers are included, but using them costs 60. This is the worst place I’ve ever been. Don’t come if you want to avoid a terrible experience. INGUAT should shut it down.

The sea view is great, and the location is good, but the air smells really bad and the pools are very dirty.

The beachfront area was dirty, and the empty pool was full of trash. The pools were filthy, and the staff were extremely rude. Early one morning, a very drunk guest arrived and left blood on the steps to the room. Terrible service.

The only thing that made the stay bearable was the service. The rooms were tiny and full of dampness, cockroaches, and bedbugs, nothing like the ones shown on WhatsApp.

The staff are friendly, and there’s plenty of room for viewing and parking. The place is comfortable and clean, though the rooms need more power outlets. It isn’t right on the beach, but there’s a tent and tables facing the sea.
