We rented an apartment in a private part of the building. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, but the restaurant’s service needs work. We ate there several times. One day I went to ask for a bottle opener for our wine, and they wouldn’t give me one unless I paid 50Q. I thought there’d been a misunderstanding, but the girls at reception confirmed the restaurant charges clients 50Q to open a bottle. Unbelievable. If we’d known, we wouldn’t have eaten there. Another time I ordered a meal to go for 175Q and was charged over 200Q. They added a tip even though I wasn’t eating there. I wouldn’t go back.

On December 6th, 2025, I rented three rooms and paid a deposit for each. A week later I called to try to get a refund to my credit card, but the people who answered were unprofessional. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charged a deposit when it already had my credit card on file.

The views were the best part, and staying there was still amazing. Just so you know, there’s no washer or dryer, no AC, and no fans. The shower was okay, with warm water.

This hotel has absolutely ruined my morning by destroying the lake’s landscape. It shouldn’t be allowed to exist.

The rooms are large and the views are great. The nature reserve for 80Q was superb. But town is a 45-minute walk away, hot water was limited, and there was no Wi-Fi in the breakfast area. The fridge didn’t work, so we lost our cheese and vegetables. They insisted two guests had to order the same breakfast. There were loud fireworks, and the staff didn’t care.
