The room was large and looked tidy, which made it seem like good value, but I was bitten while on the bed and around the sofa, even though the weather was cold. The room smelled unless the air conditioning was running strongly, and wiping down the bedroom surfaces would help it feel settled. I couldn't sleep because I kept getting bitten during the night. The ground floor staff member was friendly and kind. At 3G reception, though, the staff member gave me the silent treatment after I forgot my key in the room. He made a show of getting his phone and tidying his desk before letting me back in. It was only 7:35 pm, and reception wasn't meant to close until 8.

I lived here in 2025 and 2026, and highly recommend it. Nice location, with organic fruit and vegetables available close to Yin Serviced apartments. The table is comfortable and the shower is funny.

There was dirt and hair on the floor, so I had to change rooms after checking in. I also saw lots of bugs flying around the shower and toilet. The rooms were spacious, but very dark because the windows are heavily tinted, and the overall vibe was terrible. It wasn't worth it, and I won't stay here again. There was a man and a woman at the front desk. The woman was okay, but the man was very rude. At checkout he didn't ask about my stay, say anything, or smile. He also tried to charge me 200 HKD to replace a key card.

The room is generously sized for the price compared with most five-star hotels, and it comes with kitchen appliances and a big fridge. I stay here often because it's convenient. The WiFi is weak most of the time, and the bathtub looks dirty, so those could use improvement.

The room is considerably bigger than in other hotels for the price, and there's free Netflix. But it's always very noisy in the middle of the night. The toilet has no curtain for some reason, so anyone else in the room can see you showering.
