The hotel is beautiful and very close to Central Park, but the restaurant service and food were disappointing. Five of the eight people in my party ordered the “pasta marinita,” which was meant to come with tomato sauce and garlic. Instead, it was pasta covered in a lot of plain tomato paste. None of us liked it, and I wouldn't recommend it. When I told the waitress we weren't happy with the meal, she just smiled and walked away without asking what was wrong. She came back only to clear the plates, still full of the pasta we had barely eaten. Someone else brought the bill, which was about $140 USD.

The whole visit was easy, from check-in through cocktails, dinner, and breakfast. It's a wonderful spot close to the town square, the museum, and Copan. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, right on the corner of the main square. Service was great and the rooms were very spacious, though the shower could use an upgrade or renovation.

Our suite had a balcony with great views, and the jacuzzi bath was a lovely extra. The food was really nice, and breakfast was fantastic. Their baleadas were the best we had on the whole trip. The hotel is beautiful and right in Copan Ruinas, about a six-minute journey from the Mayan ruins. We did the Finca El Cisne experience, which was the highlight of our whole trip in Honduras and roatan. Please do it. Carlos is amazing, and the experience gives you a real taste of Honduras.

Breakfast was included, with fresh fruit, typical Honduran dishes, and really good local coffee. After a day spent walking around and exploring, the hotel's peaceful feel made it an ideal place to unwind. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, hot water, and a nice view of the garden. We had a wonderful stay at a charming, clean hotel surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help or share local tips. It's just minutes from the famous Copán archaeological park, so visiting the Mayan ruins was easy. I'd recommend it to anyone after comfort, great service, and an authentic Copán experience.
