After my husband’s surgery, we stayed at Gran Hotel Paris and the staff did far more than I could have asked. They kept our room clean and checked each day to see how they could help. The restaurant staff also made sure his dietary needs were taken care of. We’ll always be grateful for their support during such a hard time.

The location is the best part, and the service is good. At the restaurant, though, some employees could be quicker and smile more. Breakfast is included, though of course we know we’re paying for it, and guests staying more than two days need more choices. Eating the same típico breakfast for five days gets old. The most upsetting thing was finding a mouse in our room that had eaten some of the things in my luggage. That needs to be fixed. My aunt and her husband had stayed here for years when they traveled from the USA, which is why I chose the hotel. I was very disappointed. When I told the front desk, they just said “mmm” and didn’t do anything.

The desk clerk came right up and fixed the TV remote in our room as soon as we mentioned it. Great place, and the best hotel in LeCebia!

I went for lunch with my 13 year old and met some friends there. You can swim in the pool for 150L, and we enjoyed the lunch too.

We stayed for seven nights and never got even the slightest impression that sex workers came to the hotel. After seeing a few reviews hinting at “ladies of the night,” that was very disappointing. Just kidding. The hotel is great: the rooms have AC, reception staff are friendly, if a bit slow, breakfast was good enough, and the internet speeds are great.
