La Quinta Hotel

We were here for a wedding and stayed the night. Everything was perfect, and the food was delicious. The rooms were very clean, security was good, and the free breakfast was tasty. The price felt very reasonable for what you get. Service was excellent too: when I asked where the restaurant was, a lady took us there instead of just pointing the way. You'll love it.

The location was excellent, and yes, I'd stay again. The room was fine, but the shower leaked all night. Breakfast service was excellent, while the front desk really needs to polish its service. Overall, very good, though a little pricey.

The front desk staff need more customer service training. They were very slow and never seemed to smile. The security guard and bell boy, on the other hand, were excellent, and the cleaning ladies were nice. The rooms are clean and nice, and there's a nice pool area with a bar.

I stayed here a few years ago and had a nice experience, but this visit was very different. I booked by phone three days ahead and called on the way to confirm. They said the reservation was there, but when we arrived, the double room for four wasn't available. They offered a king room with a small rollaway bed, which I accepted since we were only staying one night. The worst part was how they handled it: the replacement cost a couple dollars more, and breakfast only covered three people, so I had to pay extra for the fourth. I understand mistakes happen and some things are out of their control, but charging me more because of their mistake felt like a slap in the face. Terrible customer service. I won't be back.
