Seaside Inn Roatan

The place is peaceful and set back from the beach, but it’s only about a two-minute walk to get there. The grounds are kept spotless, and the staff really go out of their way to make you comfortable. Breakfast was always generous and tasty, and having a washer and dryer available was a big help after coming back salty and wet from scuba diving. The cats are very cute and friendly. We loved our stay and will be back.

The common area and pool were well looked after, and they became a nice spot to meet other guests and make beach friends. Our Toucan Suite at Seaside Inn had a king bed, kitchenette with filtered drinking water, full bathroom, closet, and a little sitting area. It was close enough to walk to the beach, while still feeling tucked into the jungle. Jean-Noel was in touch from booking onward, suggested a taxi pickup, checked in during our stay, and shared recommendations. Noel and Sandy made fantastic breakfasts Sunday through Thursday, and we’re still missing them. We had such a great time and can’t wait to stay again.

We had a quiet, relaxing stay in a clean and beautiful place. The AC ran the whole time, the pool was clean and a good temperature, and it seemed like we might have been the only guests there. Sandy checked with us the day before about breakfast and what time we wanted it, and the food was delicious. Sandy and Joel were wonderful. I do wish our family had kept its disagreements and irritability out of the shared areas, though that was just family being family and had nothing to do with the Seaside staff. We booked a family trip at Seaside Inn and chose it partly because Joel Noel was so organized and communicative. He answered questions before booking and afterward, including small things about beach chairs, transport, and local tips. Pricing was clear, with no surprises, and we received our receipts and invoice. I also appreciated getting deposit confirmation soon after sending it. When we told the owner we had to leave early on checkout day, they arranged breakfast to go and returned our deposit before sunrise. It was accommodating service from start to finish. Sandy and Noel were so kind and thoughtful, and we felt welcome and well cared for. They seemed to have everything we might need, from snorkel gear to mosquito spray and sunscreen. Breakfast was delicious and changed from day to day. The hotel is an easy walk from a gorgeous beach, with lots of restaurants and what you need to enjoy your time there. Thanks for the hospitality.
