My wife and I stayed there from the January 5th to the 17th. Everyone was friendly, and the man working at night was especially good and professional. For sure, we'll come back to this hotel.

For 5 years now, my parents and I have always gone straight to METROTEL from the airport. The service is good, and the breakfast is so good too. We're going back real soon.

The hotel has no lift for the second-floor rooms, and no one helped carry our suitcases upstairs. One room wasn't clean, and the water was dirty and full of soil. Breakfast was extremely basic, served on plastic dishes with plastic cutlery. There's no restaurant on site. The room service food came from an outside restaurant, took an hour to arrive, and was disappointing. The AC was as loud as a full truck, and there was no way to change the temperature.

We stayed one night at the Metrohotel, and the clean room made for a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to everyone there. We loved the breakfast served at the hotel. There's a restaurant separate from the hotel, close by, and they give you a shuttle there. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. My daughters loved their pasta dish, and the traditional food was good too.

The black water from the shower and sink taps settled at the bottom of the tub and sink. The location was convenient, the place fairly clean, and the staff were nice. The included continental breakfast was good, and the coffee was very good. The pool was nice, and the beds were okay and clean.
