The villa is beautifully decorated inside and sits in a charming area, but sadly the good points ended there for us. We rented the whole place for family and friends while coming for a wedding. The owner knew beforehand that we planned a small gathering. Our main problem was Ms. Alisa, who called herself the manager but seemed to be the cleaning lady. She was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional when speaking with us. One time, half our group was sitting in the garden, just talking without music, when she came over and cut the electricity without a word. It felt like she wanted us to leave. She could have simply asked us to keep the noise down. The police were called, supposedly by neighbors. One nearby house was clearly empty, while people in the other one partied with loud music until 5 a.m., so we suspect Ms. Alisa called them herself. We don’t understand why, especially since we’d told them about the small celebration in advance. If that wasn’t allowed, we should have been told before we booked the whole villa. We had three small children, including an infant, and they slept well in the room right next to Ms. Alisa’s. Noise didn’t seem to be a problem for them. Our group was responsible adults, children, and older guests, not rowdy teenagers throwing a wild party. Ms. Alisa was unfriendly and didn’t help us at all. She never checked whether we needed anything, and basic supplies like dishwasher tablets and toilet paper were missing. The towels weren’t changed once, and she complained constantly instead of helping. We were told we could move tables and chairs outside for the celebration as long as we put them back, which we did, but we were criticized anyway. She also accused us of breaking the baby cot, though she didn’t know how to fold it and blamed us straight away. We accidentally broke two glasses and admitted it. With such a large group, it can happen, but being charged €50 for two glasses seemed excessive. After we left, our deposit was returned and we were told everything was fine. Hours later, we were told some items were missing from the rooms. We have no idea what happened while we were away. Finally, the water in the jacuzzi was drained before our stay had officially ended, so we couldn’t use it for the last part of our visit.
