We had a nice stay, and it was perfectly fine for someone with average expectations. The place is very noisy, especially from the main road, where the lovely coastal route brings a lot of motorcycles. The sea view is beautiful, and the Airbnb itself is very nice. It’s VILLA RINA with the new, modern pictures. Overall, 4/5 for a good place to stay a few days. Cleanliness gets 3/5: it was dusty, there was hair in the bed, and cobwebs in the corners. Location is 4/5 for the great sea view, though the road noise is a real issue. The curtains are thin and don’t block the light, and the kitchen utensils needed another wash. The nearest supermarket is 20 minutes away. On the good side, there was juice, beer, and a basket of fresh fruit waiting in the fridge, plus homemade schnapps as a gift. Check-in was fully contactless and very pleasant. Parking for the rental car is on the property, in the left-hand garage as seen on Street View. The kitchen has everything needed, including a dishwasher with tablets, coffee maker and some ground coffee, and microwave. Outside there’s a huge grill with lighter fluid, charcoal, and wood. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I’d give this no stars if I could. Three weeks before my vacation, months after confirming the booking and just days after the free cancellation period had expired, the host got in touch to say they couldn’t honor the reservation anymore and told me I had to cancel. I’d booked through Airbnb and contacted customer service, who refunded my €500 deposit and cancelled the reservation. Thank you to them, because otherwise the host would gladly have kept that hefty deposit. The host stopped replying to both me and Airbnb. Then, three weeks later, just two days before my stay was due to start, they contacted me again asking me to cancel and threatening to charge a penalty if I didn’t. I don’t know how this will end, but absolutely don’t book here. This host shouldn’t be licensed to operate. It’s a disgrace.

The owners were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. We had a great time in a location that was both excellent and quiet. The terrace has a jacuzzi and barbecue, and we loved watching the sunset from the jacuzzis. The apartment was really nice and clean. Thanks 👍🏼
