Urania Tourist Settlement

The kids loved the free WiFi, and I loved the amenities. The rooms are cool and well equipped, with friendly, competent service. Breakfast has plenty of everything, and dinner even more. There’s also a fast food restaurant for a quick burger or other bite. The beach is great. This is an amazing resort, truly recommend it.

The apartment was renovated and better than we expected, with lovely clean rooms and fresh-smelling linens. Towels and room cleaning were available whenever needed, and Urania also offers laundry service that includes ironing. We ate really well too: breakfast had a big hot and cold buffet, fresh fruit, and plenty to drink, while dinner included grilled meat, fish, and pasta. You can even bring your own wine. The staff were professional and helpful, and there’s a shaded park for kids plus an indoor play area for bad weather. Our main problem was the noise at night, with some people partying late. It was hard to sleep, so maybe Urania could have quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. We enjoyed our stay.

The kids club was the best! If Mr. Vanja is still there, please tell him he’s doing a wonderful job. Everyone we met, from receptionists and waiters to the cleaning ladies, was so friendly. The service and food earned the place five stars from me, and we’ll definitely come back. Our apartment was a little older and needed some repairs, but nothing that should cost the management too much to fix.

The location is the best part, close to both the beach and the city, and the food is decent. Rooms are quite small and outdated, though, and ground-floor apartments get too much noise, so try to get one on the top floor. The kidszone is limited too. It’s supposed to have three PlayStations, but you might find only one working, with very few controllers. It’s a good spot for kids under 6-7, but older children don’t have much to do.
