Valamar Atrium Baska Residence

The best part of our stay at Valamar Apartments was the service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind and answered our questions, helping with everything we needed. The rooms are decent, though not the fanciest. Breakfast was 10+, with a really nice, tasty and varied selection. The location is really close to the beach. I'd recommend it as a holiday spot.

The only small thing I'd change is the parking information. It could be clearer about exactly where to go. The hotel is in a great spot right by the beach, and the breakfast was good. Service throughout was amazing. Sanja from the breakfast team was especially helpful and always smiling, and she was lovely with the kids. The rest of the crew were service-minded and cheerful too.

This was our first time at the Atrium Residence, though we've stayed with Valamar regularly. The view from our Appartement was breathtaking, and the beds were really comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. The reception and breakfast staff were kind, especially Sanja. There was so much variety in the food, nothing left to wish for.

The beds are comfortable and everyone on staff has been so nice and helpful, really going above and beyond. The service is top notch. Our room is nice too, but the pillows are awful. The shower won't drain, and they say they can't fix it. Some kind of mold comes up from the drain, and water leaks all over the floor.
