There’s plenty to do right at the property, and it still feels tucked away and private. We loved the place and would definitely recommend it.

The WiFi is pretty bad, but at least everything else is really good.

We were appalled by the way we were treated at Villa Asseria, and wouldn’t want anyone else to go through it. After just three nights, we were told to leave by that evening, apparently over a damaged pool light and a late-night party. The light had already been broken when we arrived, and nobody had raised any concerns about our behavior. The owner then turned up without warning and threatened to call the police. As we were leaving, the gate was shut, briefly keeping us from getting off the property until the house had been inspected. It was also very hard to communicate with the owners, since nearly everything went through an employee who seemed unable to help.

Wouldn’t recommend it. We had a really bad experience.
