Apartements Vrata Baranje

We had a relaxed, lovely stay in a clean and tidy apartment. The hosts were warm and helpful, really attentive to their guests. They made us a generous homemade breakfast and gave us great advice on what to see and where to go. Just superb.

CAUTION, POSSIBLE FRAUD!!! The location is lovely and the host is very kind, but we were left stranded after paying through an app. We believe someone had arranged for the property to be listed across all sorts of booking apps, even though only one actually works, and those apps don’t check. We didn’t pay the host directly, so we’re still hoping to get our money back. Even after this happened, the link here on Google Maps still allowed bookings!!!?

There weren’t enough towels, and the shower curtain was too narrow to keep water from spraying out. In the ground-floor apartment, two beds are in the kitchen, which isn’t appropriate. You can’t leave the windows open because cats and mosquitoes get in quickly. There’s no price list, and they charge whatever they want, well above the Booking price that day.

We were two, and the apartment had plenty of room for three. Parking was provided, and it’s close to the city. The host was friendly and always available to help, and the prices were affordable. Recommended!
