The guests who stayed at my property a week ago, Torreta Daniele, gave it a 3/5, which is disgraceful. They had all the comforts: the air conditioning ran free around the clock, even when they were away and had left the doors open at 20 degrees Celsius. They left the grill grate completely burned, and put coffee cups with grounds still in them back in the kitchen cupboard. The grounds leaked out and caused damage. They also broke a stone wall in the covered parking area, which I now have to repair. Even after all that, I returned their full deposit. I hope I don't have any more arrogant, ungrateful guests like them.
