The menu is simple but has a nice range, and everything was fresh and delicious. They bring out warm, toasty bread every day, too. Friendly service and great value, with a lovely raised view over the port and sea.

We had dinner here last week and really loved it. The terrace has lovely views, and the waiters were super friendly. My husband ordered the sea bass and I had the mussels. Both were excellent.

We went for an early dinner, around 6.15pm, on our last night in Bol and hadn't booked. The terrace looks across to Hvar island, and the service was friendly, good humoured and efficient. I had the tuna steak and the food was delicious. It made for a memorable meal. By the time we left, the restaurant had filled up with couples and families, locals and tourists. I can see why booking might be advisable in high season.

The service was good, but the food was pretty average for the price. We ordered pasta with shrimps and risotto with octopus. The pasta wasn't al dente, and the prawns tasted thawed. The risotto was nothing special either.

The terrace overlooking the sea at sunset was the highlight, and we were glad we’d booked a day ahead. The grilled octopus and chicken caprice with risotto were decent, though not outstanding, at €20 each. Service was fine too.
