Bluesun Holiday Village Bonaca

Bol is a lovely little town, and Golden Horn beach lives up to all the attention it gets. The hotel was amazing too, with nice newly renovated rooms and a really friendly staff. What made our stay memorable was the animation team. We had a great time at every activity we joined, and they were patient, helpful, and keen to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Special thanks to Ivan and Filip by the pool, they really deserve the praise.

The hotel was not very clean. I found fruit flies in my cola. If you're under 60 and don't have gut health problems, you might make it through a stay, but spending time here could leave you with some.

The room was tiny, with hardly enough space for our things or to move around. For what it cost, the service and quality fell well short, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel in Bol. It didn't feel like a four-star place. The food selection was extremely limited, and most of the fruit and vegetables were unripe and tasteless. Housekeeping was very disappointing too. They might make the bed in a rush, or sometimes not replace the towels at all. Our ashtray stayed full throughout the five days, and the soap, shampoo, and lotion were never replenished.

The entertainment and activity programs were so much fun and really added to our stay. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The food was great too. We had an amazing time from beginning to end and can't wait to come back with the family.
