The beds squeaked and weren't very comfortable, and the shower drain was clogged. Those were minor issues compared with what happened at the border: the man who showed us to the apartment said he would register our stay so we wouldn't have trouble with customs. He never did, and we ended up paying a fine at the crossing. The rest of the stay wasn't that bad.

The apartment itself was okay, apart from the shower drain. The pool was a real letdown: no umbrellas, poorly filtered water, and cleanliness that left a lot to be desired. I was also surprised to see the owners on site. It’s my fourth trip to Croatia, and there’s always been someone there before. 👍🏻
