It was a decent place and fairly central, though the climb back from the seafront was steep, even if manageable. Bol is built on a slope. We were on the ground floor, parking was a little difficult, and there were ants and a cockroach. We used the spray the house had provided right away.

The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the rain shower. The kitchen was fully equipped too, it felt like a luxury. The owner was really cool: I asked for a microwave, and she had one for me within half an hour.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and furnished to a high standard, with a terrace and lovely view. The host was helpful, accommodating, and ready with advice. I'd definitely book it.

A really good deal. The place was so quiet, just five minutes on foot from the sea and 15 from the Golden Horn. The boss was kind and very helpful.
