Mike welcomed us warmly and was incredibly helpful the whole time. We liked the hotel and the area so much that we extended our vacation, and he arranged for us to keep the same room for the extra days. Our requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made everything even easier. The hotel is clean, has a friendly atmosphere, and offers excellent service. We were delighted with our stay at Zlatni Rat Beach Resort, would highly recommend it, and would gladly return. 😊

We loved the view of the sea from the restaurant and how quiet everything was at the end of May. The hotel is in such a lovely spot at Zlatni Rat Beach, and everyone was very friendly. A wonderful, relaxing holiday!

The location is impeccable, the room was nice and comfortable, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Dusan, Miki, Mate, Josip, and Ognjen all made my stay wonderful, from reception to the restaurant. Thank you!

The views really do look like postcards, and there’s plenty here beyond the hotel itself: good food from breakfast through dinner, an on-site shop, and live music with dinner. The team made the biggest difference for us, though. They were warm and professional from the moment we arrived, and even arranged a golf cart to take us to and from our car, which helped in the summer heat. Miki was especially kind and attentive, and Dusan, Katerina, Ognjen, and the rest of the staff took care of every need with a smile. We felt looked after from the time we booked, and I’ve come home wanting to write about it straight away. One small suggestion for the hot 30-40°C summer days: lighter short-sleeve uniforms might make work more comfortable for the staff while still looking elegant.
