We had a great view of Brela and the port from the terrace, and the nearest beach, with incredibly clear water, was just a three-minute walk away. The apartment was very spacious for two and had a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bed was really comfortable, and the little touches that made the place nicer were appreciated. It was cleaned each morning, with fresh towels supplied, and there was free Lavazza coffee for guests. Free parking right in front is a real plus in Brela. The AC worked very well, as did the WiFi. The owners are friendly and happy to help if you need anything 😊 Really beautiful 😍

We came back for a third stay, after visiting in 2015 and 2017, and the place, apartment, owner, and his family were all still super. It’s always very clean, with fresh towels and bedding every day. The street can get a bit noisy in the morning, especially when the garbage is collected, but the sea view and sunset from the balcony make up for that small inconvenience. The Apartment's team is especially kind to little babies. My baby daughter is a rock star here, getting lots of attention and help.

The room is right in the center of Brella, with a beautiful coastal view. It was spotlessly clean after daily cleaning, and there was a parking spot. But I came away with mixed feelings. The booking photos don’t all match the room, and not everything seems renovated. In our toilet, paint had been applied over the tiles on both the walls and floor. I also couldn’t pay by credit card or regular card terminal, even though the platform had locked the money, and had to use cash. ATM and conversion fees cost me an extra 20€. I called the owners a few days before to ask about availability or a discount, but was only told to book through booking.com. There’s no obvious sign with a name like KARTULINA, so you can only find the place using the exact address.
