For the high price, the hotel feels average and has quite a few shortcomings. The elevators need to be larger, or at least kept in proper working order, given how many guests use them. The restaurant could be bigger, with the food laid out more sensibly. Getting down to the beach could be easier, especially for parents with small children. And if parking is charged, guests should have a reserved spot instead of having to look for one.

We really enjoyed our stay overall, and the location is great. The room and bathroom were excellent, clean and comfortable, thanks to housekeeping. Parking costs €9 a day, and it would be nice if that were included in the room price. We had half board, breakfast and dinner. The food was fine, but the restaurant often got crowded and noisy with families, so it may not suit anyone after a quieter, adults-only atmosphere. A little more variety and better cleanliness in the restaurant would improve things. Still, it’s a very good hotel that I’d recommend, with just a few areas to work on.

The setting is beautiful and unusual, with well-kept grounds and lovely scenery. The food was tasty and there was a good range to choose from. Everything was very clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. It’s a wonderful hotel with excellent service. Highly recommend!

The rooms and location are fantastic, but the dinner hall is too small and laid out badly. The food quality is poor, and the staff aren’t helpful. There’s not enough room in the bar for all the guests either. The barmaid was rude and unwelcoming. The hotel feels cold, and the staff have a matter-of-fact attitude, as if they can’t be bothered to serve you.
