The pool area on the roof was lovely, though it’s shared by all the rental apartments, not private. The villa had everything we needed and we had some good days there. The map’s seven-minute walk to the beach is misleading: the route is quite steep, mostly flat is not how I’d describe it, and you can’t drive down because there’s no parking by the beach. We ended up taking the car to nearby towns for beach days 😂

We had a big terrace off the living room, and the apartment itself was roomy, with two bedrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious living area. One bedroom had its own bathroom. The villa has several floors of apartments. There’s also a heated pool kept at 25 degrees Celsius, which was great for unwinding in the afternoons after a long summer day. The pool house has an electric grill and a fridge too.

Our booking was canceled the day before we were due to arrive, apparently because the apartment had been double-booked. I really can’t understand how that can happen. Be careful with this accommodation.

The terrace has a beautiful view, and the place was fine apart from the bathroom, which needed a more thorough clean. The beach is roughly an eight-minute walk away, but the path is steep and could be hard for older people or anyone less physically fit.

The rooms were nice and the views were beautiful. It’s a very nice place, though the beach is a long way off. Parking is limited, so you may have to pay for a spot in the lot next door.
