The host and family were wonderful and took care of everything we needed. There are lovely restaurants nearby, and plenty of ways to get to Dubrovnik: about 30 minutes by bus or 45-50 minutes by regular boat taxi. Day trips leave from the bay, just a minute’s walk from the apartment. The restaurants are close, and the sunbathing ‘beach’ areas are a five-minute walk away. A beautiful location, and I’d recommend staying here in Cavtat.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s a stunning location, with an easy walk to the waterfront and swimming area. Make sure you try his homemade orange juice before you leave.

This was our third year at the apartment, which is spotlessly clean and well located. What touched me most was the host’s warm welcome and the fact that they genuinely remembered our earlier visits, even with all the chaos of covid.

The apartment was so peaceful, yet just a couple of minutes' walk from everything. It was clean, tidy, and had all we needed. Duro and Ivo were both polite and really helpful. We loved our 10 days here.

I’ve stayed at Ivo’s place twice and plan to come back. He’s a great host and happy to help with anything while you’re visiting. Cavtat is a gem. Work along the waterfront is still delayed, though it should have been finished by now, but that wouldn’t put me off visiting.
