Apartments Windrose

The way this was handled left me questioning the property's professional standards. I have spent my life teaching young people about honesty and fairness, so being billed €1,250 for two identical bookings, when we used only one, felt especially disappointing. I contacted both the property and the platform by phone and in writing five days before check-in. No one told me there was a second reservation. It was only after our stay that I was told one booking was supposedly unused and charged the full €625 for a service we never received. This isn't just a matter of money or tourist frustration. To me, professional dignity and basic decency come down to values. The response felt cold, commercially ruthless, and indifferent to how people should treat one another. How can we teach children about respect and fairness when they see examples that run against those principles? I consider this a reflection on ethical standards, and the harshest review a professional could receive.
