Hospitality here deserves a 12 out of 5. The hotel had everything we expected and more, and each day began with a delicious, filling breakfast. My wife and I visited in April and are already planning to return this autumn. If you're coming to the area, this is the place to stay.

We came back to Hotel Castelletto for a second visit and confirmed it's a hidden gem. Kristina, Dejan (Dean), and their team made us feel like family. The place is so tranquil that you can feel your stress drop as soon as you arrive. 'Pomalo' fits perfectly here, it means, "Relax there's always tomorrow." We returned so I could propose to my fiance, who had no idea, and they made the occasion unforgettable. Cavtat is beautiful, the local restaurants serve hard-to-beat food, and the bays are gorgeous. This is somewhere we can picture ourselves returning to again and again.

The owners were really helpful and happy to answer all our questions. The hotel is 10+, with a quiet, clean setting, a good location, and a nice pool area. There's also a small bar and visitor parking.

Kristina and her family treated me like one of their own, and nothing was too much trouble. The place was faultless, with a lovely little pool and hot tub that were kept very clean. Breakfast was superb and kept me going all day. I've rarely had such a relaxing holiday, and I'll be back next year. Maybe I'll get the king-size bed! This family-run business deserves a medal. Cavtat is a lovely, peaceful town with beautiful scenery, and Castelletto is well placed for an easy trip to and from the airport. Kristina was a wonderful host, sharing useful tour tips and making sure we had what we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the pool and garden areas. It was a memorable stay, and a real gem in the area.
