My family’s opinion is the only reason I’m giving this 3 out of 5 stars. Personally, I’d choose zero. There’s barely any room service, and it’s awful. Wasps have nests all around the room entrances, and flies are everywhere, in the bedroom, bathroom, shower and toilet. I’m losing my sanity. The caretakers do almost nothing. At the start of the day, they make the beds and leave you with the flies and wasps. There’s dust all over the rooms, and the sheets are so thin it feels like you have nothing over you. All the rooms are extremely small and the same size. Don’t trust the other comments. This place is a HELLHOLE. DO NOT GO HERE.

A gorgeous location, excellent staff, and an outstanding hotel at a very reasonable, affordable price. I can definitely recommend it for a stay in the Cavtat/Dubrovnik area.

This was my second time here, and I spent 3 nights this time after a week-long stay 5 years ago. I wasn’t disappointed, and I’d come back again. It’s now called Sobe More Cavtat, about a 5-minute walk around the old harbour to the church. The rooms date back to the 15th century and were converted by the church, which owns the property. There’s a shared private courtyard where you can prepare food. Just outside it, there’s a beach with sun loungers and a kiosk selling drinks and ice cream. I enjoyed my second visit to Cavtat.

Check-in was a joke. We’d booked a family room, but they tried to give us two single beds. The air conditioning, outlets, and TV didn’t work, and the fridge was broken too, so the breast milk we brought for our baby spoiled. A horrendous experience with two small children.

The house was spotless, and the air conditioning was really cold. The view was amazing, with lovely gardens and architecture that made it feel like paradise. It’s just a quick walk to the water.
