The apartment has a lovely coastal feel, and the porch looks out toward the beach. It’s in a great spot, with restaurants nearby and the beach less than a block away, and the price felt good for both the room and location. The room is nicely designed and has the essentials, including shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, plenty of kitchen utensils, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The woman who rents it was friendly and suggested a few nearby restaurants. The one drawback was the internet, which wasn’t very good.

The hosts were attentive and helpful without ever hovering. The apartments are beautiful and, in our opinion, in Cavtat’s best location. The sea view is incredible, with yachts worth millions of pounds just yards away. It’s also right above what we thought was the best restaurant in Cavtat, cafe Zino. A perfect stay in a beautiful place.

Nico and Kat were wonderful hosts, always available when we had a question. We spent a week at Riva Apartments in Cavtat and loved having everything we needed, and more. The apartment was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated, a real home from home for my wife and me. It sits right on the promenade in the center, which made for a perfect location. I’d highly recommend staying here.
