The harbour is an easy walk away. The apartment was really nice, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the pool was nice too.

We stayed for 7 days in a top-floor apartment. It was okay, nothing special, but not bad either. The rooms felt a bit outdated, and the pool area could use some paint since it’s seen better days. The host was neutral and didn’t ask whether we needed anything or if everything was okay. Also, getting around means a climb from Cavtat center, so I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone who’s older or has trouble walking.

The view and pool were fantastic, and we had a great time staying here as a group of 10. The host at sunrise apartments gave us the place to stay and I’m very grateful for that. One thing did put a damper on it: the neighboring apartment hosts kept watching us, and at 20:00 by the pool one of them angrily spoke to us in German, saying she’d call the police if we weren’t quiet within half an hour. We were allowed to use the pool then, and it felt early for that complaint. Still, we left with lots of good memories.

Niksa was a big help when we arrived and sorted out our airport pickup and drop-off. We also appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment suited my family perfectly, and we met some lovely families there too. Getting back from the village means walking uphill, but it’s manageable and a good way to burn off holiday food. I did that walk several times a day. I’d stay again.

I was in room 12. It’s a very basic place, with small rooms, weak internet and not even soap or shampoo in the shower.
