Apartment Keser

The beds were good quality and the bathroom was spacious, and the sea is perhaps a minute away, if that. It’s a quiet, leafy spot. Jurica was friendly and helpful, with a calm manner. When we joked that we were thirsty and asked where our welcome drink was, he brought us a drink made just for us, wine and beer. Thanks again, Jurica, you’re a champ. The TV kept having connection problems, which was annoying during the Euro 2024 final. Viva Espana! Still, I can only say good things about the place.

The place looks as it does in the online photos, and the older apartment was clean and maintained. It didn’t leave us with a very positive holiday impression, though. It may not be a great fit for small children, and the owners, who live in the building, didn’t seem very warm toward guests.

The apartment was clean, and its equipment felt in line with what we paid. The owners, though, were unpleasant.

Our plans were thrown into chaos when the owner canceled our booking just two hours before we were due to leave. My wife had emailed four days earlier to ask whether the deposit could be refunded if we canceled. We were only asking about the terms, not canceling, and got no reply, so we planned to travel as booked. When she later sent our estimated arrival time, the owner said he had taken that earlier question as a cancellation. He had never told us he’d canceled, and had not answered the original email. We were left without a place to stay right before departure, and he kept our deposit. We suspect he rented the apartment to someone else for the same price and period, effectively collecting twice, but we can’t know that for certain. This felt like outright fraud. I strongly advise against booking with APARTMANI KESER. Avoid it if you don’t want to lose your money and peace of mind.
