We'd enjoyed Irena's apartments for years, but this August stay of three weeks was a disaster. On arrival, the welcome felt minimal and the cleanliness was just as poor. My wife had to mop the dirty floors, and we found other people's hair in the towels. I never saw Irena in person, only heard from her in messages where she kept saying she was too busy. We hadn't been staying for free, after all. Maybe because we'd been customers for years she trusted us, but at least the basic hospitality we'd always received in previous summers was missing. I'm sorry, but we won't come back.

This was our third visit, and my wife and I are still at a loss for words about how wonderful the apartment is. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the place was spotless, with everything we needed, including a washing machine and a large terrace. Ms. Rosa is such a lovely landlady and helped make this vacation unforgettable. Five stars doesn't really cover it!

We've stayed here three times now. It's central, practical, and comfortably furnished, and the cleanliness really stands out.
