Apartments Panorama

We booked what looked like ideal accommodation on airbnb for four families and paid the full amount respectfully. We wouldn't even have filled the house, as two more people could have joined us. Then our supposedly decent host sent a request to raise the booking price by about 45%, saying only that prices had gone up. We contacted the airbn website and were told we'd get a full refund if this very reliable host cancelled. So you book a holiday and then face a 45% increase. Is that ethical? Apparently this is what happens even when you book through a site you trust. We'll let booking, trivago and other sites know, so nobody else ends up as happy as we are.

Our worst vacation. Everything people wrote in the reviews turned out to be true. The owner or manager was a disaster, and after three days our stay became a nightmare. We were thrown out through an open toilet window with the air conditioning on. There were threats and insults too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, in fact, I advise against it. AVOID IT.

The air conditioner in the room was old, barely worked and wasn't adequate for the apartment's size. The listing also promised amenities that weren't there, including a microwave, hairdryer, toaster and iron. But what ruined the vacation was the housekeeper. She was rude and at times aggressive, threatened to throw us out and threatened us with her husband. She mocked other guests and said we wouldn't do anything to her by leaving a review. We felt watched all the time. The “lady” sunbathed in front of us in a very skimpy bikini and swam in the pool with us. I found that outrageous. We should be able to feel comfortable and at ease on vacation, not constantly under the owner's gaze. This place is a nightmare. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

A spacious, modern apartment, spotlessly clean, with a lovely view. The service was very kind. I can only recommend it.
