Guesthouse Villa Juric

The view from this spot on the hill is fantastic, though getting to the beach means about a ten-minute walk down stairs. The host is very friendly, and the kitchen has almost everything you could need. The rest of the amenities are great too. Furnishings are dated but reasonably well kept, and for the price the apartment is okay. The beds are fine. There are a few things that need attention. The stovetop area could use a proper scrub, and the uneven floor tiles look dirty quickly and are hard to clean without a scrubber. The bedroom light is too bright while the bathroom one is much too dim. Some outlets are loose and should be fixed urgently, since electricity can be fatal. The stairwell motion sensor light is annoying and not secured. The air conditioner feels a little weak for the whole apartment, and its outdoor unit is badly placed on the balcony, making the apartment warm or the balcony noisy. Conditionally recommended.
