We hated every minute of the trip. The rooms were tiny, there was no Wi-Fi, and cobwebs sat in every corner. It was extremely overpriced, and nobody told us there would be cats. I’ve got nothing against cats, but they pooped and peed under and on our balcony every night. The smell was so bad we couldn’t stay out there for even five minutes, and my mother is very allergic to cats. Bringing our dog made it impossible to relax too. The staff were rude and the service was horrible. When we explained the problem, they brushed us off and were extremely impolite. The beaches weren’t good either. I’d give zero stars if I could, but I can’t, so it gets one.

We told them the shower drain was clogged, and instead of apologizing, they told us never to come back. What? We’d also politely asked for a towel and got scolded because this “isn’t a hotel.” The staff were very rude.

The location is great. The apartment was okay and had the very basics, so bring things for the kitchen, like dish soap and tea towels.

Don’t book here. I’d reserved and paid, but nobody told me they were full. I had to call the day before to find out I couldn’t arrive. After telling me it wasn’t his problem, he ended the call. When I said I’d leave a review, he told me to go to hell. Great customer service.

We had a great time. The place was clean and nicely located right by the ocean, with lovely bike routes and an easy ride to novigrad.
