Camping Park Umag

We will definitely come back to this lovely family campsite. The staff are kind and very helpful, and there are two big pool areas for both kids and adults. At the beach, the water is crystal clear, but there are rocks, so bring swimming shoes. It's worth looking underwater: you can spot fish in all sorts of colors and, if you're lucky, a turtle. The campsite has everything you need for a holiday.

We had a lovely stay. The campsite is really nice, the sea was warm and great for the children, and the pools were amazing. The staff were kind, especially Benjamin, who made our time by the pools so enjoyable. :)

The campsite management refused to cooperate or accept responsibility after our car was damaged, even though the police came to the scene. We had to drive over a curb nearly 10 cm high to reach our assigned pitch. The rules and the employee on duty made it clear we had to park on the pitch, so there was no other way in. Guests seem to be treated well only while they're paying, then the attitude changes completely. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

The location is nice, and they've put some work into the bar by the water, but I wouldn't recommend this place based on our stay. The campsite felt outdated, loud, and crowded. Quiet hours only start after midnight, so families with small children who need sleep would be better off elsewhere. Our supposedly luxury caravan was in awful shape: dirty curtains, several broken window locks, shades that didn't work, and a broken table, chair, and bed. It smelled terrible when we arrived, as if someone had spilled a bottle of detergent on the floor. For what we paid, that wasn't acceptable, and it wasn't the relaxing holiday we wanted. The campsite shop is also extremely overpriced. A 1.5 chicken fillet cost almost 8 euros, so it's better to shop for groceries in Umag. When we complained about the caravan, they fixed the bed, chair, and window that we couldn't close after two days, but many other things remained broken.
